Once you have placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before submitting as they can’t be changed once an order is placed.

For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of USD 10 for repacking and postage.

If your order is shipped to an office address, please include the full business and receiver’s name to secure prompt delivery.


Return Policy
Please be mindful when purchasing online as colors may vary from screen to the product purchased. If you are unsure about the colors of a certain product, feel free to email us at info@editionyro.com and we will be happy to help you.

All products must be returned in new, undamaged condition and in original protective packaging. Kindly include the Carriers original shipping label to your return parcel. Returns which do not match our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the client at their cost of 10 USD.

edition YRO is not liable for the loss of an item being returned. We recommend to use registered mail (tracking) for return items.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment type. Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details.

Kindly note that Refunds can take up to 12 working days to process.

Taking this rapidly evolving situation day by day, we are constantly monitoring the situation. Governmental restrictions to this pandemic vary, especially commercial air travel parcels may experience shipping delays. Some products may have slightly longer timelines to restock once they sell out.

We are committed to continue to provide a sustainable income for our partners during this time. All our artisans work from home and have continued to do so safely under the guidelines of the Philippines Enhanced Community Quarantine until further notice.


Availability
All advertised designs should be in stock. If we run out unexpectedly of an item, we will offer an exchange or refund.


Exchange an Item
All our artisan partners work from home or in small livelihoods workshops in the Philippines. In case your item is out of stock, the production of an exchange item can take up to 3-4 weeks. It’s worth to wait!
